Starting 30 September – Alpha is a chance to question the meaning of life. Over the autumn (with a break for half-term), we’ll explore the basics of the Christian faith. Each session includes a main talk, some time to say what you think, dessert and drinks.  It’s fun, relaxed and free. Come and ask anything you like – that’s why over 22 million people have tried Alpha. Invites available in the Welcome area and at Reception – who could you ask? Sign-up at www.goldhill.org/alpha

Ladies you’re invited to our termly gathering on Thursday 3 October: ‘Navigating family relationships’ with Fiona Castle and team. Book your place at www.goldhill.org/lookingatlife


Thursday 31 October 6pm – bring family and friends to celebrate all that’s light and good! with CRAFTS, CHALLENGES, ACTIVITIES, MUSIC, GAMES & MORE! Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult carer throughout.

SUE MELVIN Thanksgiving Service to remember, celebrate and give thanks for Sue’s life will be Friday 4 October at 2pm at St Peter and St Paul’s Church at Church Hanborough, OX29 8AB. Dress code: bright colours. Donations to Operation Mobilisation instead of flowers please.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD the drop-off dates for your filled shoe boxes is between 11-18 November. Boxes are available from Reception or the Welcome Area at 50p each, along with leaflets for labels and guidance on what to include.

Are you in a COMMUNITY LIFE GROUP? If not this would be a good time to join one. They are a great place to get connected into the life of the church, study the bible and pray with others.
