Kintsugi is the beautiful Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold. And Kintsugi Hope is a movement all about helping heal emotional and mental wellbeing, so we can be stronger and more beautiful as a result.
Come and join our Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group.
Our Kintsugi group is a relaxed meeting, a safe and encouraging space run by trained discussion leaders. The aim is that participants can gain a better understanding of themselves and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future as they are given tools for self-management
Over 12 weeks we will look at various topics: honesty, disappointment, loss, anxiety, anger, depression, perfectionism, forgiveness, self-acceptance, shame, resilience and healthy relationships
Everyone is welcome.
