Roast pear and walnut salad with crumbled Stilton & a honey dressing
Roasted Lamb rump, crushed new potatoes, honey roast carrots and seasonal greens, lamb jus.
Corn Fed chicken supreme, pearl barley risotto, smoked bacon, buttered cabbage, mustard cream.
Sea-bass (or sea bream) fillet with shallots, tomato and basil dressing, green beans, sweet potato mash.
Apple Tarte Tatin with vanilla ice cream, butterscotch sauce
Crème brulee, hazelnut biscotti
Selection of fine cheeses and savoury biscuits
