Our aims are threefold:
1. To learn more about God and what His plan is for our lives. This can be achieved through studying the Bible, prayer and discussion. To be open before God so that He can 'grow' us to be more like Jesus.
2. To care for each other as part of God's family. In confidence to share concerns and needs for the group to pray for those needs and to give support when necessary. To be honest and open with each other and if necessary to prayerfully offer advice or correction when it is needed.
3. To serve the community in which we live and our circle of friends and colleagues in order that we may satisfy the great command "To make discples of all men." |
