Welcome to the area for the Childrens' work at Gold Hill. 

In serving and caring for your children we recognise the importance of holding up to date information such as contact details of parents/carers and any medical needs of your child, which can often change. Please can ALL parents/carers, however long your child has been attending, take the time to fill in this new form and give back to a leader, or altenatively hand in at the church office.
